The game features one-on-one gladiatorial combat using various arenas in Rome. Spartacus himself is not present aside from the tutorial, with the player taking the role of a manager of fighting men in the overview, and the fighters themselves in the arena. There are many types of gladiators to choose from, with different weapons such as swords, daggers, large hammers etc. There are light and heavy attacks, grabs and combos.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe game is free-to-play with two types of currencies. Silver coins can be won inside the game to access a specific range of fighters and weapon upgrades.
