This can be used while talking to the police chiefs of the Five Boroughs to raise the bribe meter to the maximum, eventually allowing the player to take control of the police in the area, fighting along with your family members. Policemen can also arrest other characters. Special abilities for the Operator include enhanced and regenerating health, reduced price on bribing the FBI and police, enhanced crew damage and health, calling in the hit squad twice as often, and
