MAJOR ERRATA

Please read: For first printing copies, there are two major errata that could significantly affect gameplay, which players should be aware of:

  1. There is a deck of cards in envelope 81 whose order should be reversed. If you pull it out and the visible card is titled "T___ of W___", reverse the order of the deck so that card is the first drawn when the deck is face-down.
  2. Envelopes 24, 37, 44, 85, and 90 have the wrong rule sticker numbers printed inside the flap of the envelope.
    • Envelope 24 should list sticker 10
    • Envelope 37 should list stickers 11 and 13
    • Envelope 44 should list stickers 12 and 14
    • Envelope 85 should list sticker 15
    • Envelope 90 should list stickers 1, 5, 8, and 9

CROSSOVER CHARACTER SHEETS

You can find character sheets of all Gloomhaven, Forgotten Circles, and Jaws of the Lion classes, both as images and a printable PDF, by following this link.

These new sheets feature traits for each character, along with masteries, space to note resources, and a rebalanced set of perks. Development of these was done by Drew Penn and Dennis Vögele.

Spoiler note: all locked Gloomhaven classes have their files titled using their spoiler-shielded name, but there is some potential for class spoilers if you're not careful.

ENVELOPE CONTENTS

If you are looking for a detailed list of what components can be found in each character box and envelope, you can find that in this spreadsheet.

Spoiler note: there are direct spoilers in the blacked out column on the right, for those that want to reference the names directly.

We have a 30-day return policy for all Brand New Items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We have a 30-day replacement policy for all Pre-Owned Items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to have any malfunctioning part replaced with another of the same item.


To be eligible for a return of a Brand New Item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us by calling the store at (518) 823-4471. If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
