Gamers are thrust into a mysterious frozen world where they will play as four heroes -- Peter, Edmund, Susan and Lucy Pevensie -- to free Narnia from a cold, bleak eternity under the control of the evil White Witch.Playing as each of the four Pevensie heroes, gamers will battle the White Witch's sinister minions in team-based, action-packed combat. Taking on a variety of creatures including Minoboars, Cyclopes, Werewolves and Ankleslicers, gamers must utilize each hero's unique combat skills, weaponry and special moves to defeat hoards of enemies, solve elaborate puzzles and advance towards restoring Narnia.This fast-paced, sharp-looking action game slickly weaves in footage from the movie to tell its story. Each Pevensie child has their own special ability that you will use to attack enemies and solve puzzles. For example, Lucy can heal other party members and Edmund can climb trees. On the battlefield, you can cycle between the children and even link them together to perform cool cooperative moves.Gamers who have read the book will be surprised by some of the all-new scenarios. In the very first paragraph of the book, which is set during World War II, the four Pevensies are sent out to the country to keep them safe from air raids. But in the game's opening sequence, they're in London, saving children from the bombings.There's also almost too much movie footage. Half the time you'll feel like you're just watching, not playing.Bottom LineWhen you get to the action, you'll have fun and enjoy the graphics. Too much of the movie isn't necessarily a good thing, though.

Experience the world of C.S Lewis and Andrew Adamson's book and film. Play as Susan, Edmund, Lucy and Peter from the film, and journey through the Professor's house, the forests of Narnia, and escape the attack on London during World War II.

Depending on which level you're playing, you'll be able to play as at least two of the four children, although some levels require you to use all four. The four children all have different special abilities. Peter is the strongest of the bunch, so you can use him for fighting off enemies or breaking through barriers. Susan is a ranged fighter and she can throw arrows, tennis balls, and snowballs. Edmund is a decent melee fighter who can climb trees and walk on ice without breaking it. Lucy has the ability to heal the other children, go through small spaces and stand on big snowballs, and make them roll. During each level, you can switch between characters at any time.

Scattered throughout the levels are coins, pink and green gems, and hidden shields that will give ratings at the end of the levels, ranging from fair to outstanding.
