Split Fiction is a co-operative action game where two players take on the roles of Mio and Zoe, two writers with contrasting styles—one sci-fi, the other fantasy. After being connected to a machine designed to steal their creative ideas, they find themselves trapped within their own stories. To escape and retain their memories, they must rely on each other, mastering diverse abilities and overcoming challenges as they jump between sci-fi and fantasy worlds. This co-op action-adventure emphasizes unexpected moments and teamwork, requiring players to adapt to wildly different scenarios, from taming dragons to battling as cyber ninjas. The game has 8 chapters with various sub-levels within those chapters.
The co-op element is central to the gameplay experience, with many challenges designed to be overcome through teamwork. One player might distract an enemy while the other sneaks past, or combine their abilities to create powerful combo attacks. As the adventure progresses, players unlock new abilities and story branches, allowing for multiple playthroughs with different outcomes based on their choices and cooperative strategies.
This game is co-op multiplayer only. There is no single-player mode, and it is not possible to finish the game unless a second player is present. As was the case with It Takes Two, when connecting via online multiplayer, only the host needs to own the game, while the joining player can use the Friend's Pass - a free version of the game that can only connect to players who have purchased the full version.

If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
