Frozen: Free Fall - Snowball Fight is a match-three puzzle game based on the characters of the 2013 animated movie Frozen. It is based on the earlier mobile title Frozen: Free Fall. The game mechanics are almost entirely identical to that game, but it was done by a different developer and reworked for PC and consoles with new elements in the visuals and presentation. The largest additional is a local multiplayer mode where two players go head-to-head to defeat each other by creating matches.

The puzzle mechanics consist of matching three identical ice crystals horizontally or vertically, by swapping an adjacent crystal. The crystals disappear and new ones, appearing from the top, take their place. Specific shapes provide special crystals. Four in a line creates a windchill, a T or L shape creates an iceberg, and five in a row provides a glacier. Windchills and icebergs are activated by including them in a match. They remove and entire line or column or explode a crystals in a radius respectively. Two special crystals can also be combined with each other, not requiring a match, to unleash both effects simultaneously. A glacier can be matched with any crystal to remove all crystals of that type from the board.

Levels are unlocked one by one along a long path and they each have a specific objective, such as reach a target score with a limited amount of moves, getting items to the bottom of the board, removing snowy crystals from the board by creating matches next to them, reaching a certain score before time runs out, removing a certain amount of specific crystals, triggering ice blasts while dealing with snowy tiles, prevent tiles from being frosted etc. When the objective is reached early, the remaining time or moves are converted into exploding crystals that provide additional matches that add to the score. Up to three stars can be earned per level based on performance and these are needed to keep progressing.

When an objective is not met, a life is lost and there is an energy system for new lives to generate. The game is free-to-play and the in-app purchases / DLC are based around additional health, various power-ups and additional characters / companions. The power-ups are provided in small quantities during gameplay, but additional ones or a pack of bundle can be bought with real money. Power-ups include an ice pick to remove any crystal from the board, a snowball for five extra moves, an hourglass for extra time etc. Some power-ups are tied to a companion character from the movie that can be selected before starting a level. Anna has a torch used to break eight connecting ice crystals, Elsa has an ice glacier to break all crystals of the same colour in one go, Olaf melts tiles using hot chocolate, Sven uses a carrot to destroy nine blocker tiles etc. New companions are unlocked gradually based on reaching a certain level. The game offers daily rewards and contains 195 levels.

If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
