Madden NFL 12 continues the rich tradition of the storied franchise by delivering an all-new collision system, more than 100 improvements to Franchise and Superstar modes, online communities, and the most immersive presentation ever in Madden NFL history.
Madden NFL 12 is the 2011 game of the Madden NFL series, the officially licensed game of the NFL. This installment features a new collision system, providing the player with more control, and adds over 100 new tackle animations.
It also introduces the 'Custom Playbooks' feature, which allows players to build their own playbooks for use in the game, by modifying an existing playbook or creating an own one by selecting up to 400 offensive or defensive plays from any of the existing playbooks. This is integrated with the 'GamePlan' feature, enhanced from Madden NFL 11, by allowing players to rate their plays for each situation, and it thus interacts with the newly improved GameFlow system to allow players to pick between plays suggested by the game A.I. and based on their rating of the plays.
Enhancements also have been made to the Franchise mode, including expanded rosters, pre-season cut-days, rookie scouting and more. Additionally, the game includes presentation with team-specific run-outs featuring mascots and cheerleaders, new cameras and TV broadcast style in-game presentation, and a new 'Dynamic Player Performance' system.

To be eligible for a return of a Brand New Item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by calling the store at (518) 823-4471. If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
