Madden NFL 16 is a single-player and multiplayer sports simulation game. The game is set in the National Football League and allows players to control licensed teams and athletes in both casual and competitive modes. As with earlier entries, players can participate in exhibition matches, full seasons, or franchise play, while also engaging in card-collecting team-building through Madden Ultimate Team. Career-style progression is included through Connected Franchise, where players take on the role of an athlete, coach, or owner, guiding their team across multiple seasons.
Gameplay centers on American football mechanics, with improvements to passing and receiving introduced in this edition. Quarterbacks have new pass types such as touch, high-point, and low-point throws, giving players more precision when targeting receivers. Wide receivers, defensive backs, and linebackers have expanded controls for contesting catches. Receivers can attempt aggressive catches for extra yards, possession catches for reliability, or run-after-catch maneuvers to continue a play. Defenders can choose to play the ball or the receiver, adding variety to interceptions and pass breakups.
The standard playcalling system returns with a mix of suggested plays, custom playbooks, and advanced strategy options. On the field, players manage clock control, audibles, and special teams. Madden Ultimate Team continues as a card-based mode where players build rosters through packs, auctions, and challenges. Franchise mode includes scouting, drafts, player progression, and staff management across multiple years.
Secondary systems include online head-to-head multiplayer, skill games, and training drills to help new players learn mechanics. Commentary, broadcast presentation, and halftime shows aim to replicate television-style coverage.

If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
