The original best-selling Puzzle Quest franchise is back in an all-new dimension with its signature match-3, turn-based battles in a masterful hybrid of the RPG and puzzle genres. Take on the role of a rogue pilot scouring the galaxy to uncover clues in an intergalactic mystery that affects the fate of the entire universe. Build up a fleet of ships, discover hundreds of different weapons, and master the new puzzle board!

Puzzle Quest: Galactrix is, just like its predecessor, a mix of many different genres. At its core there is a Bejeweled-style match-3 puzzle game. In Galactrix, the gems the player has to match have been changed to hexagon shapes, making diagonal matches possible. Also, new gems are filled in from whatever side the player last removed a gem, making the gameplay even more complex.

The game's back story is this time set in the future, and the player has a large galaxy map to explore. In each star system, there are a number of planets, asteroids, leap gates and space stations. The player has to accept missions which further the background story, but they can also choose to do side quests like mining for raw materials that can be sold for varying prices in each solar system.

During the course of the game, the player can pick up several side characters which bring along with them mini games, like constructing devices for the player's ships or hacking leap gates to access new areas on the map. The core gameplay revolves around battling other space ships though. Successful battles will result in more intel (the equivalent of experience points), which in turn helps leveling up the player's hero, increasing their stats.

To be eligible for a return of a Brand New Item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us by calling the store at (518) 823-4471. If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
