Tetris Effect is a visually and aurally immersive puzzle game that reimagines classic Tetris through a sequence of themed stages where every move shapes the environment. The game presents no narrative in the traditional sense; instead, it unfolds as a journey through synesthetic musical and visual landscapes tied closely to player input and rhythm.
Gameplay remains faithful to the core Tetris format: players rotate and place falling tetrominoes to clear lines and prevent the stack from reaching the top. Enhanced by the “Zone†mechanic - players can temporarily stop time to clear multiple lines at once - this adds strategic depth and higher scoring potential. Accompanied by a progression system that unlocks new stages and challenges, the game blends precision gameplay with dynamic audio-visual feedback that syncs to each placement and line clear.
Tetris Effect: Connected introduces a robust set of multiplayer modes, shifting Tetris from solo play to both cooperative and competitive formats. Notable modes include Connected - a three-player cooperative battle against AI bosses where players' boards interlink, Zone Battle - a direct one-on-one using the Zone mechanic, and Score Attack for parallel score competition. The game ensures cross-platform compatibility and supports VR in several versions, maintaining the original's immersive quality. If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
