Tom Clancy’s The Division is a revolutionary next-gen experience that brings the RPG into a modern military setting for the first time. In the wake of a devastating pandemic that sweeps through New York City, basic services fail one by one, and without access to food or water the city descends into chaos. As an agent of The Division, you’ll specialize, modify, and level up your gear, weapons, and skills to take back New York on your own terms.
The Division is an online third-person cover based shooter set in a post-apocalyptic New York. The player is part of a elite government agency known as The Division. They have no rules and are humanity's last resort. The player, along with other members of The Division, must investigate the source of a virus outbreak that brought Manhattan to its knees. Next to the action based gameplay there are many RPG elements such as upgrading your weapon, skills and talents. This is done through unlocking additional wings in your home base and gaining experience.
The game puts a high concentration on player-versus-player combat with the addition of the Dark Zone. It is an open world area where players may fight NPCs and each other for enhanced loot. Upon killing another player your agent is labeled as "rogue". A player cannot equip or use his loot until he is extracted from the zone using a helicopter. The player will drop all the loot he has acquired on death. This can create some very tense conflict situations where teams of players can be fighting over the same prize. Dying in the Dark Zone can also affect rank and level.
The game contains dynamic weather and lighting that effect game play in various ways. Enemies will behave differently in morning and night environments and weather effects may reduce visibility. The game always requires an online connection, but can also be played solo. There is also a single-player campaign with missions for the three different characters: Medical, Security and Tech.

To be eligible for a return of a Brand New Item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by calling the store at (518) 823-4471. If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
