Twelve Minutes is a story-driven, interactive movie-style video game. The game takes place in a small apartment where the player controls a man who is trapped in a 12-minute time loop. The player must explore the apartment and interact with objects and characters to try to escape the time loop and uncover the truth behind the events that led to the time loop.
The player must make choices and solve puzzles that affect the outcome of the story. The game features a branching narrative, meaning that the player's choices have a significant impact on the outcome of the story. The player must pay close attention to the details of the environment, as well as the dialogues and actions of the characters, in order to make the correct decisions.

If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
