You play as the mysterious blue-haired girl named Dex who is being hunted by a powerful and enigmatic organization for her unique abilities. The world of Dex is designed as a tribute to some of the greatest neo-noir and cyberpunk worlds with a mature storyline, murky atmosphere and distinct characters. Gameplay is a throwback to classic 2D platforming and action games but mixed with deep RPG elements, interactive dialogues and real-time combat.
Customize your character’s skills and equipment to match your desired playstyle - kill from shadows as a silent assassin, fight the power head on as a gunfighter, use persuasion like a sly diplomat or fight from a distance in cyberspace as a hacker. Blur the line between being human and "cyborg" by installing augmentations that grant you superhuman abilities and open up new paths in Harbour Prime like classic Metroidvania titles.

Dex is a 2D side-scrolling action platformer with an emphasis on exploration and non-linear gameplay set in Harbor Prime. This city is controlled in an oppressive manner by the Complex, an organization made out of corrupt megacorporations. The player controls the eponymous Dex, a young girl living in Harbor Prime who is awakened by a voice telling her she is about to be assassinated by the Complex. She needs to stay out of their hands and find out why they want her dead. By progressing through quests and sidequests, and killing enemies, Dex receives experience points which can be used to upgrade her skills, like fighting, lock-picking, or computer hacking.
The Enhanced Version was offered as a free download to owners of the original game for Windows, Mac and Linux. Besides new quests and items, this version includes improvements to AI, the game's save system, translations, and overall game performance. For consoles, this version was the first one released.

If your return is accepted, we can either send you a return shipping label to your email address used for the purchase, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final return value. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method to return the items. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
