NHL 2K7 keeps the excitement and action racing with innovative camera angles, dramatic visuals and smooth animations, which add to the overall look and feel of the game. Adding to the immersion is on-ice player chatter and your choice of either cinematic score or commentary from Bob Cole and Harry Neale. Online NHL 2K7 has a lot to offer via leagues, tournaments, lead tables and mini-games. Hockey fans can even track wins and losses in their leagues, adding yet another layer of NHL authenticity to online play.
A completely overhauled skating engine delivers silky, smooth animations, adding a realistic look and feel to the game. You can now lean and crossover during turns as well as deftly transition from forward to backward skating, enhancing the visual experience and also adding the ability to better position players for passes and offensive opportunities.
More checking variations improve contact along the boards and in open ice while innovative controls give you the power to decide where you want to move the stick. Defensive stick manoeuvres, shadowing controls, revamped puck physics and rebounds, add up to the finest NHL video game experience yet.
The finishing touch is the soundtrack, featuring music from Mudhoney, Hot Hot Heat, The Postal Service, The Thermals, Nebula, Kinski, Arlo, Band Of Horses, The Constantines, Seaweed, Sleater-Kinney and more.

Updated to the 2007 NHL season, the NHL 2K7 ice-hockey game also includes a few changes from NHL 2K6, including an improved camera that gives a better view of the action while still showing the field. This parametric camera is closer down than a typical top-down camera and includes automatic zooming and turning based on the players' position on the ice. Other improvements are the option to shadow opponents to put pressure on them and increase their chance of making a mistake. This is done by holding the left bumper and steering the right control stick towards another player. The amount of pressure can then be determined through taps, with hard tapping inevitably leading to a powerful check.
Aside from that, the game modes from the previous version are identical, as is most of the gameplay and the mini-games included. It has a new rivalry system where statistical bonuses and takeaways are created depending on how players play in games against their rival teams. The main improvements introduced to the Xbox 360 version of the game, such as the "cinematic" presentation system, are not carried over. This is most visible in the graphical area.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
