SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide is a 3D platformer based on the popular SpongeBob SquarePants franchise and set in Bikini Bottom and surrounding undersea regions. The narrative centers on a supernatural conflict between the Flying Dutchman and King Neptune, whose rivalry unleashes ghostly disturbances across familiar locations. SpongeBob and Patrick serve as dual protagonists who work to restore order while interacting with a broad cast of recurring characters from the television series.
Gameplay emphasizes platforming, light combat, and ability-based puzzle traversal. Players can switch freely between SpongeBob and Patrick, each offering distinct movement styles and skills. Newly introduced mechanics include Patrick's burrowing and grappling abilities, alongside refined jumping, sliding, and traversal physics intended to support more responsive platforming. Damages and issues
