The Tengu's Disciple takes the protagonist to the end of the Heian period, where the Genji and Heike clans were competing ruthlessly with one another. Experience the battle that acts as a prologue which reveals how the story of Nioh 2 came to be.

â—† Darkness in the Capital
Darkness in the Capital takes place during the middle of the Heian period, a point in history where evil spirits and yokai ran rampant throughout Japan. The protagonist is brought back to this period and ventures to the capital where they will uncover the connections between an even more distant past and the present time period from which they came.

â—† The First Samurai
The First Samurai brings the protagonist to the Suzuka Pass during the beginning of the Heian period. In the climactic 3rd expansion of the Nioh 2 saga, the protagonist will once again confront their arch-nemesis, Otakemaru.## â– PC Features:

Nioh 2: Complete Edition is a compilation release. It includes:

• Nioh 2 (base game)
• Nioh 2: Darkness in the Capital (DLC)
• Nioh 2: The First Samurai (DLC)
• Nioh 2: The Tengu's Disciple (DLC)

For PC and PS5, this is the first release of the game for the platforms. If, for the PC version, the game was purchased through Steam in the first three weeks between 5th and 26th February, two additional skins are provided: Ornate Gold Armor and Sohaya Deserter Garb. That version also includes a Valve helmet exclusive to the Steam release.

For the PlayStation versions the content is identical, but it is referred to as a Remastered version of the game. Purchasing the game digitally provides a copy for both PS4 and PS5. Next to the bundled DLC content the PS5 Remastered version targets 120 FPS and has cross-generation multiplayer. Data from the original PS4 version of the game can be imported. Owners of the original PS4 version on disc can receive the PS5 digital version for free.
