Based on this concept for Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13, we have compiled an experience that will immerse the player deep into the historically turbulent world of the Three Kingdoms, with "human drama," seen through daily interactions both on the battlefield and off between the many heroic characters of the time (all playable), "spectacular battles" shown in majestic battle scenes, "dynamism" expressed across the great land of China in full 3D as each character plots and battles to expand their territory, and much more.
Players will become one of the heroes that lived during the time of the Three Kingdoms and through their actions and decisions will forge their own unique history in that turbulent yet period.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII is a single-player and multiplayer historical strategy game. Set during the turbulent era of the Three Kingdoms in ancient China, it places the player in the role of a ruler, officer, or free agent navigating the struggle for unification after the fall of the Han dynasty. Depending on the chosen scenario and character, players may work to establish their own domain, serve under a lord, or rise through the ranks toward power and influence.
Gameplay revolves around managing both domestic development and military campaigns. Players control territories by constructing facilities, recruiting officers, and assigning tasks to strengthen their domain. City management includes maintaining supplies, developing commerce and agriculture, and fostering loyalty among officers. Military operations allow players to raise armies, lead them into real-time tactical battles, and use terrain, formations, and officer abilities to secure victory.
The game incorporates an officer-based role system, letting players experience events and strategy from different perspectives. Officers can negotiate alliances, undertake missions, and engage in personal duels or debates, while rulers must balance political appointments and large-scale plans. As players build trust with superiors or subordinates, new opportunities and story-driven events unlock, providing alternate paths to power and influence.
Characters can gain titles, earn promotions, and expand their reputation through achievements in governance or battle. Each officer has unique attributes and relationships that influence interactions, diplomacy, and battlefield performance. Strategic marriages, sworn brotherhoods, and rivalries are reflected in the game’s simulation.
Historical events can be followed closely, allowing famous figures like Cao Cao or Liu Bei to play their expected roles, or diverge entirely through player choices. Scenario settings let players begin at different stages of the era, with varying initial conditions. The game also supports multiplayer, letting players compete or cooperate within the same turbulent world.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
